Realme has introduced the Realme Pad X in India. This is the third Tablet, that Realme has launched in the country. Not only that, but it is also Realme’s most powerful tablet, launched to date. The tablet’s other features include PC Connect, Limelight, split-view, and more. The Realme Pad X has an 11″ LCD display and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC. The brand is also offering a 5G connected model, though only on the top-end variants. There’s also support for accessories including the Realme Pencil and Realme Smart Keyboard.

The Realme Pad X is available in two models. The base 4GB + 64GB storage variant comes with Wi-Fi connection and costs Rs. 19,999. The other 5G model costs Rs. 25,999, while the 6GB + 128GB option with 5G connection costs Rs. 27,999. The Realme Pencil is priced at Rs. 5,499, while the Realme Smart Keyboard costs Rs. 4,999.

Realme Pad X Specifications

The Realme Pad X comes with an 11-inch display with a resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels and can display over 16.7 million colours. Under the hood, the tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 695 SoC, along with up to 6GB of RAM. The device comes packed with an 8,340mAh battery with supports 33W fast charging. It runs on Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0 for Realme Pad.

In addition to up to 128GB of storage, the device has an additional Micro SD card slot for extra storage. In terms of optics, the tablet has a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera on the front for selfies and video chats.

As for the other accessories introduced for the tablet, the Realme Pencil can be used for taking notes and also supports wireless charging. The Smart Keyboard on the other hand can also be used with the Tablet and it comes with a 1.3mm key travel distance and supports keyboard shortcuts as well.

While we don’t yet have any information on pricing in India, we may look at the price in China till then. The device was released at a starting price of CNY 1,499, which translates to around Rs. 17,500 for the 6GB + 128GB storage option. The top-of-the-line model, with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, costs CNY 1,999, or Rs. 23,400. As a result, the Indian pricing may be fairly comparable to the converted values.

According to a fresh report from MySmartPrice, a new Realme Pad with the model number RMP2106 is in the works. The next Realme Tablet will be powered by a UniSoC engine rather than a Snapdragon or Mediatek processor, according to the report. The original Realme Pad is powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 processor.

The next Realme Tablet will include an 8MP rear camera with an f/1.78 lens and a focal length of 27.9mm. For selfies and video calls, the upcoming tablet dubbed the RMP2106 will have a 5MP sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 27.7mm focal length on the front.

The tablet has also been listed on Geekbench, the Realme Pad, which is expected to debut as the Realme Pad Mini, will boast an octa-core UniSoc processor and 3GB of RAM. On Geekbench, it received 363 points in single-core testing and 1,330 points in multi-core testing. The tablet, according to the listing, runs Android 11.
